US Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) Accusing President Bush of "Ethnic Cleansing":

Transcript of US Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) Accusing President Bush of "Ethnic Cleansing":

“And, what I believe is, at this point you’re not talking about [inaudible], but what you’re talking about is, I think, a [inaudible], what you’re talking about is when you simply, in a calculated way, refuse to do anything for well over a year … [inaudible] … and [stuttering] I, I, the policy I think here is ethnic cleansing by inaction.

“It’s not ethnic cleansing in the sense that they’re killing people or [driving] people out, but what we need to recognize here is that, they’re in this happy position for them, where the federal government does nothing, as they become richer and richer, because well not only black people needed housing assistance, but they were [predominantly poor, who did it], to simply not do anything to alleviate this housing crisis which … was being exacerbated by Katrina … [inaudible] they, they, they let the hurricane do the ethnic cleansing, because then they’re, all they’re doing is not resisting it, that’s why I call ethnic cleansing by inaction, and I know that there are people who were very happy that, as a result, … [inaudible] … [so that] Louisiana would become a more widely Republican [city] … [inaudible] … because if you lose 100,000 black voters … then you have to take a state that was prodominately Republican and made it [inaudible].”

--Hey, it's only Day #2 in the BraveNew Democrat World and Osama bin Laden is still on the loose, right? I thought the electoral mandate was all about having the mighty Democrat Congressional power elite go out and finally capture all the terrorists... end global warming... restore SlickWilly's reputation... save the working class... screw BigOil... fix the auto manufacturers... rebuild the inner cities... end poverty... bring home the troops but support the troops but not the mission... balance the budget... end torture... save the UN... bring wealth to Dafur.

It's Day#2. Barney Frank is the clown entertainment during halftime.

--If Barney Frank was so opposed to ethnic cleansing, you'd think he would have done more to support getting rid of Saddam Hussein.

Wait a minute, I forgot......Democrats only care about minorities when it comes to vote counting. Since Iraqis couldn't vote for him, Frank didn't give a damn how many of them Saddam killed.

--Before the election, Claire McCaskill (D-MO), running for senate (she won) accused Bush of "letting people die on rooftops because they were poor and black".

I fired off an email (unanswered, naturally) asking McCaskill if she really believed that. I asserted that if she did believe it, she's too stupid to hold a position of responsibility and that, if she didn't believe it, then she must think her constituents are dumb enough to believe it.

Same question to Barney Frank.

Politicians from both parties (more Dems than Reps) love to stoke the victimhood fire. In this case, if you're black and victim of some calamity then it must be racism. (I guess the non-black people who died or lost everything must be "collateral damage").

I think the Dems have a tiger by the tail. When their victim-constituency discovers that they've been had, they'll bite.

A question for both Dems and Reps is: just how do you think you will be able to govern a populace that's constantly pissed off about something?

The bottom line is that New Orleans was a disaster waiting to happen (below sea level, bowl-like topography, long overdue for a hurricane strike). The city was unprepared and many of the people there, conditioned by the welfare state to wait for someone else to "do something" were tragically incapable to doing anything for themselves.

More idiocy from the Dems. I'd better get this guy a room up here at Western State... The transcript and comments are from gaypatriot.net, so you can go there and read more, if you wish; they pretty much have it nailed. Anyone who wishes to read a wonderful, and final, word on Katrina, please go to Bill Whittle's wonderful website Eject! Eject! Eject! (it's linked on my sidebar) and read his piece called "Tribes"--that'll cap that pen...

My sis and I took a vacation to NOLA in 1992 and heard--on a Grayline city tour (!)--about what would happen when 'the big one hit'; they've always known the levees were for shit. The city's surrounded on 3 sides by water--and it's below sea level!

Barney FAG, as our former Texas Congressman Dick Armey referred to him, is a cyborg, deviant humilation for his constituents and Americans, in general.

I loved when Barney Frank got mad on Stephen Colbert's show, because Stephen was acting like he was in total shock that Barney was Gay, was one of those moments that was just to funny to put into words.

National Geographic even had a huge section of what would happen to NOLA, with computer graphics and all sorts of interesting facts. Escept of course the corruption and theft that NOLA has been known for ever since the Fwenc founded her!
BTW-The Nat. Geo. program is about circular storms, from hurricanes, cyclones, and tornados!
Good morning, G*D bless and Maranatha!

The media fawns over Frank, Bernie Sanders and Gomer Kerry as being smart. None of the above have ever had an intelligent thought yet.

Barney Frank is a reprehensible human being if ever there was one. His statement is a offensive and disgusting as any of the statements made by "Schoolbus'' Nagin and his ''chocolate city'' idioticy and Randall Robertson' over-the-top nonsense about blacks in the Superdome ''eating each other''Anyone remember that one? J'Mac.
