I created this blog as a response to the hypocrisy, nastiness, and negativity at Democratic Underground. The D'RATS do not allow disagreement on their site; they demand their posters tout their party line word-for-word. Any poster who does not march in lockstep is immediately banned. Their cowardice in this, and their calumny towards America's leaders, will not go unanswered as I address the issues of the day--and one of the most negative, detrimental influences in the blogosphere.

Here's How the Democrat Party 'Supports' the Troops:

I can't imagine what it would be like to be in the military and then see something like this--put up by cowardly little asswipes who can't carry their own water... I'm ashamed to call the miserable bastards at DU 'Americans'.

In the video featured, the yellowstains actually recommend going AWOL; they even try and make it seem 'noble'! Please! Anybody who goes AWOL, in a volunteer military, is a stupid, sniveling coward--and they make me sick.

VerityINK said...: No, John, when I asked my Dad about the military when I was 16 and I was looking at my future, he said the military exists for the primary purpose of defending this country. If you cannot take a gun and kill someone, do not join (this was in the 1970's when the ERA was coming up for a vote and he didn't know if women would be given full combat positions or not, but he wanted me to be prepared).

Dad also explained military life, what an oath was, and how you had to live by it.

Now, my Dad only had a 10th grade education and left school to fight in the Korean War. If HE had enough sense to know these basic things, are you going to try and tell me that today's 18 year olds are too stupid to understand them?
