Hillary Clinton Tape Reveals 'Felony'

Hillary Clinton Tape Reveals 'Felony'
By Fred Lucas CNSNews.com

A videotape shows New York Sen. Hillary Clinton committing felonies and should be admitted as new evidence in a California civil case, a forthcoming legal brief to be filed by Friday argues.
The tape shows Clinton - currently the leading Democratic presidential contender - speaking in 2000 with Peter Paul, a Hollywood mogul, and comic book icon Stan Lee about a massive fundraising event for her 2000 Senate race. Paul spent about $2 million of his own money to produce the event. The legal contribution limit to a candidate then was $2,000.

"The evidence is of that rare type that captures the very commission of a crime, namely, that of knowingly soliciting, coordinating and accepting federal campaign contributions far in excess of the legal limit of $2,000," says the brief to be filed by Paul's attorney with the Court of Appeal, 2nd Appellate District arguing in favor of including the tape as evidence.

Anon let me help you with some info about "career types" at the CIA, Civilian employees at the Pentagon, Justice dept. and other career government employees that AREN'T military.
THEY ARE OVERWHELMINGLY DEMOCRATS AND/OR LEFTISTS!

Why is this so? For a number of reasons. Oftentimes they are NOT the world's most ambitious people and are searching for long-term job security instead of an opportunity to truly excel. So they vote for candidates who believe in expanding the government. Period. They also tend to be members of public employee unions. Democrats of course.

It's a FACT that the VAST majority of non-military government employees are Dems/leftists. They make a living feeding off of the rest of us who pay the bills. We could easily send more than half of them home and the government would function without missing a beat.

The incredible size and scope of government is a festering INSULT to all true Americans.

Hey Morgan.
Question for you.

1.)In the past 20 years, which President increased the size of the Federal government the most?

2.) And of course the corollary, which President increased the size of the Federal government the least?

I'll give you a hint, #1 has an (R) after his name and #2 has a (D) after his name.

And pardon me for giggling on this one but are you saying that the Federal employees are so vast and united that they alone can elect Presidents?

Oh and love the caveat about the military but again, you are wrong. It splits right about down the middle with a slight tendency to the D side. Sorry...

LES, I find it interesting--and revealing--that you'll write in to 'defend' Hillary or slander one of ours--but you're the last person who will write in under the firefighter memorials (there's 2 up) and/or the pics-to-honor-our-troops.

You carefully sidestep the articles about Dems who do thiings wrong--but you'll do everything you can to throw dirt in our direction.

You know, Morgan's letter to the Marines wa the first piece of mail I got this morning (in a soon-to-be very full box). Elbro and TMW were next, right on time--and Phandancer wrote in, too.

Why is your lack of emphasis and response (you're only for those on 'your' side) so typical of the left, the Democrat party?

P.S. LES--Could YOU have done anything about Kennedy, Burgler, Jefferson, Nifong, Sharpton, Barry etc? People can't always help what other people do--even in your own party.

Les lemme answer a few of your questions.
1. I'm guessing that Bush presided over the biggest increases because until the Dems took over control of Congress he NEVER vetoed anything. That's why we lost Congress, Republicans held them accountable by staying home. You guys certainly didn't win on ideas. 'Surrender' doesn't win elections.

2. Who increased the size of government the least? Probably Monica's boyfriend. Newt's Congress held spending in check and forced Wilhelm the Zipper to enact welfare reform. Too bad he was such a weakling about the terrorist threat... Too bad he turned down custody of Osama.

3. Did I say that Federal employees are SO powerful that they are responsible for electing Presidents? What part of your lefty nether regions did you pull that from? LOL! One of your lefty anon buddies continues to try to make the point that the Justice Dept. and CIA CAN'T be populated by Dem/leftists. I was pointing out that he/she/it was wrong about that.

Lester you continue to slander our soldiers by calling them Democrats. The national Democrats are no longer loyal to our country and our soldiers see that more than anyone else. When I was active duty for six years even the black guys I knew were split 50-50. The white and Philipinos were OVERWHELMINGLY Republican. I don't care which dumb ass poll you site to make your point, I've been there and done that so I know better. Just quit with that worn out lie.

Any other bs that you need corrected?

DONAL let me answer your question to lesismore. From 1:29

Intellectual honesty is the sole domain of political conservatives.

Those in the middle tend to stick their fingers up in the air to detect wind currents, and rush to get there first. I despise these political opportunists (John McCain) because they seem to have no bedrock beliefs other than furthering their own power.

We KNOW what motivates leftists. We can also count on them to lie, at least they're predictable. Every single issue is looked at through a political lense, which is why we will never be able to trust them. Their ethics are purely situational.

Hillary commits perjury when she claimed not to know where the Rose Law Firm billing records are, and they turn up in her private quarters at the White House. Nary a peep from the lefties.

Hillary gets the FBI files of over 1000 American citizens, not a word of protest from our lefty Castro lovers.

The putz Sandy Burglar steals and destroys documents from the National Archives and if you watch any of the alphabet networks, you would never know that the schmuck hasn't EVEN TAKEN THE AGREED POLYGRAPH TEST YET!

The silence of the dishonest left has been DEAFENING on these leftist trangressions and many more. Oh, but they reserve their unbridled fury for the guy who was convicted of perjury concerning a telephone conversation with Tim Russert.

Do you think Harry Reid has any more shady land deals from Nevada up his sleeve? LOL!

Donal,
I dont read nor post on everything you put here. This place is not where I do that sort of thing. I post on many blogs and this is just one of them. My lack of a comment on tragedies does not reflect any insensitivities or any political statement (in spite of what you may infer).

Secondly, can you point to any of my posts in this thread where I am defending Hillary for anything? As far as I can see, I just rebutted the inane ramblings of another poster.

Morgan,
Thanks for admitting the two facts, that took alot to admit that the two top expanders of the Federal government in the last 20 years have been George W. Bush and Ronald Reagan. And the one who increased it the least is Bill Clinton. Admitting that is the first step to recovery.

Now, I know you truly believe that the majority of Americans in the service are Republicans but the group of guys you were hotbunking with in the Navy hardly counts as a reliable sample. Again, you anecdotal evidence, as much as you wish to be true, is not supported by the data. It is true that the members in the service reflect America in general, it is a pretty close split. And the guys I was in the service with were probably 90% Democratic.

"Oftentimes they are NOT the world's most ambitious people and are searching for long-term job security instead of an opportunity to truly excel. So they vote for candidates who believe in expanding the government. Period. "

Explain that quote. Besides being a slander to everyone who works for the Federal government, you infer that this group of Federal workers vote themselves a job. Your words not mine.

Finally, on the fact that our troops reflect the mores and values of America..."I don't care which dumb ass poll you site to make your point, I've been there and done that so I know better."...Now how can anyone argue with that?

LIM

I DIDN'T say that about Ronald Reagan, I doubt it's true. Why did you lie like that? When it comes to Monica's boyfriend it would help to read EVERYTHING that I wrote.

Also I meant EVERY word of what I wrote about non military Federal and government employees. Dealing with government employees-who can't be fired-is invariably a miserable experience for those of us who mamke this country work.

Our brave soldiers are a majority Republican for sure. I served with HUNDREDS of sailors and nearly as many Marines. They KNOW which party supports them and which party has Harry Reid and Jack Murtha at the helm. You insult their intelligence. Again even your flat earth poll cannot convince me otherwise. Is this the same polling company that claims that tax increases help the economy? LOL!

You claim 90% of the guys you served with were Dems? What's the sample size? 10 guys from NY? That's SO absurd that most people would be embarrassed to say such a thing. Nothing embarrasses you leftists though. You have just proved it.

Actually the troops don't perfectly reflect the mores and values of American society. On average they are better than us lester. Algore seemed to have a clue about this when he fought like hell to exclude their absentee votes from being counted.:-)

Morgan,
Sadly the fact is that GWB is #1 and Ronald Reagan is #2 in increasing the size of the Federal government. No, you didnt say that, OMB did, I just highlighted it for you.

Yes, my sample size was quite small, sometimes just a couple of grunts in a steamy jungle in Southeast Asia, other times a bunch of us sitting stateside waiting to ship back for our second tour. I would say that equates with the size of your hotbunkers on your ship.

My point was more to prove the silliness of your "I know the real truth because I was in the service" nonsense. Sorry, but truthiness was just a joke on TV. Facts are what makes a case.

One other point to make. Your silly claim that the Republicans rule the services, again proven time and time again to be false, but lets talk about that for a minute. I would be willing to bet you that if you polled their families, you would find an even bigger majority of good, solid, working class families who raised good kids and have sacrificed much with them in this adventure in Iraq. And you will find most of these working class kids come from families with strong Democratic roots. People who believe in the rule of law for EVERYONE in America. People who have read the constitution and understand that the hard part about being the light of liberty in the world is doing the hard things, like believing in habeas corpus when it would be much easier not to, just like Saddam or Stalin. You see, the extreme fringe of the right are not patriotic Americans, they have more in common with Stalin, Saddam and other despots than Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton and Abraham Lincoln.

And Morgan, you insult the memories of brave, proud Americans who fought and died for America when you attempt to politcize their service. And that is shameful. They fought and died for America and Americans, not the Republican party. You just dont seem to get that.

Seems Roosevelt liked to lock citizens up for the sin of having slanty eyes. Not I. :-) On the other hand, if you are in the process of planning a major terrorist strike and we get custody of you, you have NO rights in my book.
Constitutional rights apply to American citizens in America.

First of all, like I said before, I post in many places. I choose the topics I wish to post on. Simple as that. Often times I post here and you and your posters somehow try to denigrate the issue by politicizing it and therefore debase the reason for the post, jut by the fact that I made a comment. I dont think the DudeRat is a place for respectful condolences. Sorry but I pay my condolences elsewhere.

I do sometimes forget to sign my name and post as anonymous. As I think of it, and have often done, I will go back and post that it was me above. But do you really have only one anonymous? Is your reader base so small? I didnt think so.

I do not post as Boxer, but I have read his posts and admire the fact that he has seen the light. I thought his truthiness argument was pretty funny.

Finally, I agree if we find someone planning a terrorist attack they have no rights. But what about Americans on our own soil? What about all of the people who were released from Gitmo, no charges filed? Is that our president releasing terrorists? What do you make of that, Bush releasing known terrorists back to the battlefield? How can you square that one?

Z, Not sure what you are asking there. If it doesnt make the main stream media, will I trust the MSM again? Well, if she committed a felony, I would expect that the AG would bring charges wouldnt you? If not, I would expect that this will bang around in the right wing nut-o-sphere for a bit then be resigned to the same folks who claim she killed Vince Foster, President Clinton murdered all of his enemies and was a drug dealer.

I hope you dont believe any of that stuff, do you????? Do you???

Donal,
I dont mean to slam you, I was remarking that someone thinks there is only one anon here, something that I would think is impossible. I have said many times before I have nothing but respect for you. I do however feel that it is not appropriate for me to comment on some issues, especially when my comments are met with slurs, slander and innuendo, denigrating my thoughts about something as tragic as the firemens death. I also dont comment on other issues that I dont think I am well read on, particularly some of the discussions on Israel. Although I support Israel 100%, my ignorance on its history and modern politics would be evident immediately.
And like Batya and several others, I sometimes post anonymously, mostly if I am in hurry. I will try to be more careful about that or at least come back and sign in as I have done in the past.

Oh, but LES!! THAT"S GORGEOUS!

So, UNLESS the AG brings charges, the media pundits should just ignore it? the msm should just ignore it, right?

Okay..how's about all the times Republicans haven't been indicted by the AG and it's first page news? How's about Rumsfeld, did the AG indict HIM? NO? Well, they SURE slammed him and ripped him a new one, huh? (Sorry, I hate that expression but it fits here)..How's about that gay Republican from fLA who had to quit, was he legally taken to task? How about STrom Thurmond's stupid supposedly racist comment? THose aren't even near a felony, but BOY, do THEY make noise, huh?

You don't think Olbermann and Mattthews would be ALL OVER THIS were it a Rep with exactly the same smoke around him to maybe think there's some fire?
