Will Congress Take the Job Full-Time?

If Rep. Steny Hoyer, D-Md., has his way, the do-nothing Congress will either do more work or have more time in which to continue doing nothing.
Hoyer, the newly chosen majority leader for the 110th Congress, is ready to administer the last rites for a certain custom in the House — the three-day workweek, according to Congressional Quarterly Today.
