The DU d'RAT Review
I created this blog as a response to the hypocrisy, nastiness, and negativity at Democratic Underground. The D'RATS do not allow disagreement on their site; they demand their posters tout their party line word-for-word. Any poster who does not march in lockstep is immediately banned. Their cowardice in this, and their calumny towards America's leaders, will not go unanswered as I address the issues of the day--and one of the most negative, detrimental influences in the blogosphere.

I hope you are planning on honoring the troops and not trolling for fodder. That would be as bad as John Edwards using the day for his political gain.
Do the right thing Donal. This isnt about your hate site, it is about honoring the troops. Honor our dead by not spewing your hate. Just for once put politics aside.

My mistake, I thought you were going to DU to troll. My apologies for misreading your post. Good luck with your parade. I will certainly stop in to say hello. I hope you will think of my nephew during the day. His name is Bryan and his mom still lives in South Jersey.
Boxer--My husband works, has an internship, AND goes to school. He doesn't prefer crowds on his few days off. Frankly, I insist he sleep most of the day as he is chronically short of sleep. He likes to wake up with me here, we get so few hours together.
Many people on the web cannot get out. Some are in chronic pain, injured, sick (indeed, you do not know if I am one of them), or do not have a hometown parade to which to go to. Some cannot stand crowds, some cannot afford to travel about on holiday. Those are the people to whom I am posting. If you object to that, I suggest you post elsewhere.
Your attitude is EXACTLY the type of negative hatefulness I am here to counteract.
LES--I changed the notice to be even more specific. In future, have a little more faith in me than that and don't be so quick to find fault (I'm sure you don't do that with your Lefty buddies... also, need I point out that this is my house and I'll do as I please?)
This site is not a hate site. I do not make up the things I post--they are verbatim accounts of the Lefty's own behavior, Leftist media news, and in answer to your Bush-hate hysteria that is running 24/7.
If you want it gone from this site, fight it at it's source: the Left and DU. Trying to get me not to report it is the WEAKEST type of 'activism' there is.

Boxer, you can shut the f*** up. Donal is doing more for people here than YOU are. Her blog is just shy of 20,000 hits. That's more than 1,000 hits a month - and she's gotten them consistently since she first started.
You have no idea what her life situation is - and you're the last person on earth that should be commenting on it.
