I created this blog as a response to the hypocrisy, nastiness, and negativity at Democratic Underground. The D'RATS do not allow disagreement on their site; they demand their posters tout their party line word-for-word. Any poster who does not march in lockstep is immediately banned. Their cowardice in this, and their calumny towards America's leaders, will not go unanswered as I address the issues of the day--and one of the most negative, detrimental influences in the blogosphere.

Climate Optimism: Global Warming Will Wipe Out Conservatives

Do liberals hate conservatives with such a passion that they actually want us all to die?

Before you answer, consider a December 22 op-ed published by the Baltimore Chronicle & Sentinel authored by Dave Lindorff, "a 34-year veteran, an award-winning journalist, a former New York Times contributor, a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, [and] a two-time Journalism Fulbright Scholar."

In the piece entitled "Global Warming Will Save America from the Right...Eventually," Lindorff seriously made the case that the liberal bogeyman known as climate change has a huge potential political upside - conservatives in red states will be wiped out.

The Merry Widow said...: More 'love' from the party of peace and love...kind of like the 'religion of peace', a total misnomer!
Plus the fact that red staters tend to be armed...we can always roll into the blue states and send the spoiled little brats out to sea...
