The DU d'RAT Review
I created this blog as a response to the hypocrisy, nastiness, and negativity at Democratic Underground. The D'RATS do not allow disagreement on their site; they demand their posters tout their party line word-for-word. Any poster who does not march in lockstep is immediately banned. Their cowardice in this, and their calumny towards America's leaders, will not go unanswered as I address the issues of the day--and one of the most negative, detrimental influences in the blogosphere.

Happy Birthday! I sure wish he was still with us!
It would be a good thing if he, or someone like him was available for election...

Far and away the best President next to Washington and Lincoln this nation ever had. And he was just the man America needed after the disastrous Carte years. He believed in the inherent goodness and greatness of America and the American people and given the least amount of governemental interference and the most amount of individual freedom, Americans could do anything. Ronnie, we sure could use you now. J'Mac.
Yes, we surely could use Reagan, or the like, right now. I don't see any such hope for this election. Ugh!
Yes. I hope there is some 35 year-old conservative out there now that can see, in about another 10 years or so--maybe half that time--we'll need him to run for President. Let RonnieII be resurrected!
Hi AoW!--Hope you're feeling better. Yes, we're just going to have to bite the bullet on this one.
G-d bless you Ronald Reagan. In these times we sure do miss your steadying hand.
I was so touched, when Reagan died President Bush got in front of the TV and the first thing he said was, "Our leader has died." The tears ran.

It was a very touching funeral--I know sissy and I sat side by side watching the whole thing. Seeing Nancy with her Ronnie for the last time was hardest of all...
Happy Birthday to a wonderful American.
I wish I could have met him. Yes, we did cry during most of the funeral procession. And, yes, J'Mac, we sure could use him around here today!
