Hillary's Balkan Excellent Adventures, Part II
By Michael Dobbs

"I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base."
--Hillary Clinton, speech at George Washington University, March 17, 2008.

Hillary Clinton has been regaling supporters on the campaign trail with hair-raising tales of a trip she made to Bosnia in March 1996. In her retelling, she was sent to places that her husband, President Clinton, could not go because they were "too dangerous." When her account was challenged by one of her traveling companions, the comedian Sinbad, she upped the ante and injected even more drama into the story. In a speech earlier this week, she talked about "landing under sniper fire" and running for safety with "our heads down."

There are numerous problems with Clinton's version of events.

Hillary's Irish Peace Fantasy
By Dick Morris and Eileen McGann

"I was deeply involved in the Irish peace process"

Those words were uttered by Hillary Clinton — with a straight face!

Ever since she began her campaign for the presidency, Hillary and Bill Clinton have both boldly — and falsely — claimed that she played an important role in the Irish peace process. Suddenly rewriting history, they’ve claimed that her success in bringing peace to Ireland is all part of the vast experience that makes her qualified for the White House.

It’s funny that they both forgot to mention her magical diplomatic skills in their respective memoirs.

But now her recently released White House schedules show that Hillary’s assertions are one big fantasy. Hillary’s role in all of the Irish visits were no different than any other first ladies, the ones who didn’t think that accompanying the president to a foreign country was a major diplomatic coup.

Hillary's lies are pathetic, truly sad. What is it about this woman that she can't simply run for President on who she really is? We all already know who she is, she isn't fooling anyone with these lies.

To begin with, under no circumstances what so ever would any US military aircraft, carrying the First Lady of the Untied States EVER land in a situation where the landing zone was under fire of any kind, it just wouldn't happen. And secondly, as a rule snipers tend to stay away from airfields as planes are hard to shoot down with a sniper rifle(a little sarcasm here), besides, there were better tagets to hit in the city of Sarajevo. Seriously, snipers were active in the Balkans alright, but not a Sarajevo Airport. Hillary knows no limit when it comes to advancing her image and you can always tell when she's lying, her lips are moving. J'Mac.

Picasso said "Art is a lie to make you see the truth."
The truth is: Clintons lie.

My Leftist cousin says all politicians do it. I guess that's why the Left don't believe in democracy. They don't expect integity, since they don't have any either. My cousin (former SDS) told me that Dick Cheney killed John John(Kennedy) and planted the bombs in The World Trade Centre, giggling with delight... but told me "Mitt Romney is a liar"

Love the blog, V.
