Death To the Dictator!

Iranian Students Disrupt Speech by President Ahmadinejad

Iranian students staged a rare demonstration against President
Mahmamoud Ahmadinejad on Monday, lighting a firecracker and burning his photograph in the audience as he delivered a speech at their university, the state news agency said.

Ahmadinejad responded calmly when the students at Amir Kabir Technical University started chanting, "Death to the dictator," the Islamic Republic News Agency reported.

don't forget, those of you who know me..I've been posting for four years at FPM that Iranian students have been marching en masse for YEARS and wondering why the French television covered it (while I lived in Paris) and we RARELY do. I was amazed at the news this morning covering a student revolt..it's NOTHING new in Iran, believe me. Some even had signs (in the last march they actually showed on American TV a few months back) saying "We don't want nukes!"

I thought "ya, I don't want you to have them either..BIG time...go for it, kids!"
