WELLINGTON, Ohio — An artist who was forced to remove his Nazi gingerbread men from the window of a hardware store has set up the display in an empty storefront in another town.
"The Secret Lives of Gingerbread Men" depicts a small gathering at a Nazi rally. Keith McGuckin set up the display in this northeastern Ohio city Thursday night, a day before the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah begins at sundown.

Why isn't HE brought up on hate crime charges? Now, I don't know if I believe in legislating thoughts, but if they have hate crime laws, surely this qualifies!

That's the problem you run into when you start legislating feelings and not acts.
Something as ''in your face'' as this can illicit two responses;either smash a brick through the window(the Nazis had a penchant for doing this,which should please the ''artist'') or simply don't patronize the offending establishment. From my viewpoint,this a-hole needs some Holocaust/WW2 history beat into him. J'Mac.
