Duane "Dog" Chapman
I grew up in Denver, Colorado at the same time Duane did--and we're nearly the same age--so this is a man who is part of my heart. Duane Chapman had a checkered past and spent time in prison. Rather than let that life consume him, he pulled himself up by his own bootstraps, came out of that life, met the Lord, and he has spent everyday since giving back to society. He, his wife Beth, his brother, Tim, his son, Leland, and his other son Duane Lee, Jr. (sometimes along with his nephew Jason and daughter Baby Lysa) are bounty hunters in Hawaii--and they all work to make society safer.

Duane is currently in trouble with the Mexican government for capturing that sack o' crap Andrew Luster, serial rapist. The Mexican government does not allow bounty hunters (3 cops in Acapulco getting killed--and hundreds of women maquilladores dying--they don't mind), so the American police stormed his house--and that of Tim and Leland--and arrested them on behalf of the Mexican government. They are out on bond, but the situation is far from resolved. Please pray for them that this resolves in their favor. This is nothing but damned nonsense that 3 such fine men should be held accountable for breaking one of Mexico's oh-so-fluid "laws" for picking up an American fugitive who hurt countless women.
