The Left constantly attempts to evade the clear and present danger facing us today, for fear that Americans will elect the other party. They are therefore terrifyingly selfish at a time of national danger. They delusionally want to go back to the Clinton years, when terrorism seemed only a distant rumor, at least to the blind and ignorant.
But Islamic fascists may not play along with that flimsy fantasy. In fact, Al Qaida is cheering on the willful stupidity of our leftwingers, promising to renew their attacks on the United States as soon as Democrats accept defeat in Iraq.

No actually, we need someone who will read the memos that they get. Like the one titled "Bin Laden determined to strike US" or the NIE. We need a wonk, not somebody you want to have at your barbecue and sadly, that is all the Republicans are offering up. Giuliani who was a great communicator for 5 days in September but went on as a terrorism and security expert for the last 5 years. Thompson who has worked as a pinstriped lobbyist for the last 5 years after playing the good-old-boy with his leased pickup truck (yes it was actually leased) and his can of Skoal on the front seat. Mitt,...well, Mitt will do or say just about anything to get elected. And McCain, a great American hero is just Bush again.
So, I ask you, what do we do?
ANON.--It was actually Hillary and Edwards that DIDN'T read the NIE report--and Murtha and Pelosi that didn't bother to attend Gen. Petraeus's briefing on the war in Iraq when he came to brief Congress. It was Bill Clinton that ignored 8 YEARS of terrorist intelligence and acts against the United States and our allies overseas; it was Bill Clinton who showed us to be the 'weak horse' to bin Laden, so I think we can overlook Fred's can of Skoal on the front seat...
DONAL don't bother dumb anons with the facts! He didn't explain why Bill Clinton let Osama go TWICE when the Somalis offered him to us. They can't lie about this either because Hannity has the tape of Wilhelm the Zipper(Monica's boyfriend) trying to excuse his actions on that.

CatFleas--That's a good point! Frankly, the west and Israel has been suffering terrorism on a steady basis since the athletes in Munich were murdered.... and probably before that....
Bush didnt read the NIE by his own admission. Neither did Rice. Both read the equivalent of Cliff Notes. Pretty inexcusable wouldnt you say?

You do your readers no service by keeping them in the dark. I posted nothing but facts but you insist on treating your readers like little children. There was no insult to them or their readers. Just facts about Rudy McRomney that they are asking for.
