Ward Churchill Blasts U.S., Israel For 9/11 Controversial professor Ward Churchill says the United States is responsible for the 9/11 attacks, because of its support for Israel and the sanctions against Iraq.
According to the New York Sun, Churchill, an ethnic studies professor at the University of Colorado, gave a two-hour speech at New York City's New School on Monday night. In the speech, titled "Sterilizing History: The Fabrication of Innocent Americans," Churchill said America essentially was asking for the 9/11 attacks because of a historical pattern of mass murder.

Churchill is just a idiot, who deserves no attention at all.
When you're a lying, plagiarizing, no-talent bum like Ward Churchill and you also love the spotlight, the only way to get attention is through hate.
There are probably many people like Churchill walking around but this jerk has an inordinate need for attention of the worst kind. What it feeds in that dark soul of his, I have no clue, but he gets far too much attention from the press.
The worst of this is not Churchill walking around spewing his brand of hate and lunacy -- no, the very worst of this whole situation is the fact a high-profile university system gave this faux Indian a job to begin with -- even though by any rational measure Ward Churchill NEVER had the qualifications for the post he fills. This is just one example among very many of just how damaging leftwing PC bull has been and will be.
Now that he's been found out as a fraud and possibly guilty of serial plagiarism, what has the university done to "fix" the problem it created in the first place?
Not much. He's still on the staff, still drawing his normal pay. Tenure is next to godhood in the university.
