2 of those pardons on Bill Clinton's final day in office were Henry Cisneros and Linda Jones (fka - formerly known as - Linda Medlar). Henry Cisneros and Linda Medlar were both from San Antonio, TX. He, the former mayor, who became Bill Clinton's Secretary of Housing & Urban Development. Cisneros had disgraced his wife and family over an extramarital affair with the wife of a succesful local businessman and one of his best campaign contributors, one Linda Medlar. Now Cisneros, when my late hubby and I moved to San Antonio, was a S. A. City Councilman, earning a paltry $2,000 per year for that (the mayor made $6,000 per year), was a history professor at St. Mary's University earning $25,000 per year, living in a small starter home in a poor section of town. A few years later he's mayor, and then Bill Clinton taps him to be his Sec. of HUD. Then he lies about Linda Meldar and when it's all said and done he pleads guilty to lying to the FBI about cash monthly stipends he paid to Linda to keep her quiet about info she had about what I don't know. Here's the thing: Over a 3 or 4 year period, he paid her in excess of $250,000. Where'd he make all that money, when the mayor of S. A. makes a salary of $6,000 per year? He became a multimillionaire, how did that happen? Linda was also convicted of lying. Bill Clinton pardoned them both. I wonder why he did that.

The DUers have no power. All they can do is cry, whine, and complain. So they do that and we laugh at their wasted, futile rage. If only they did something useful with their time! But I suppose if they did, they wouldn't be Democrats in the first place.
