Republican U.S. Rep. Marilyn Musgrave's re-election campaign was already heated, and it just got smelly as well: Her staff accused a Democratic activist Thursday of leaving an envelope full of dog feces at Musgrave's Greeley office.
Musgrave spokesman Shaun Kenney said someone stuffed the envelope through the mail slot in the door on May 31 and then sped away in a car. Kenney said most of the preprinted return address was blacked out, but staffers used the nine-digit ZIP code to trace it to Kathleen Ensz, a Weld County Democratic volunteer.
Ensz told The Associated Press she left the envelope at Musgrave's office but said it "wasn't in the office doors, it was in the foyer." Asked what she meant by the act, she declined comment.
Kenney demanded an apology from Musgrave's likely Democratic opponent, state Rep. Angela Paccione of Fort Collins.

This is just Democrats acting like Democrats! Disgusting people! Either that or they're just plain stupid; they used an envelope with a preprinted return address label!
And why ask her what she 'meant by the act'--what in the hell do they think she meant!?

DONAL it's nice to be able to reach you. Yesterday was a bust. Those polls were great. That reminds me, during the 2004 election the exit polling here in FL was tampered with by the Kerry people for the express purpose of depressing the huge Republican panhandle vote. This time it was purposeful whereas in 2000 we're not sure.
Here's how they did it. The local dems in the bigger cities and towns called their friends in the News outlets and got the info on when and where the reporters were going to be and they put as many people as possible in those spots at the right time.
I was working with the local Republicans and the exit polls didn't seem to make much sense. Turns out that Bush won the state by around 340,000.
The stupid bastards stacked the polls and didn't let the rest of the braindead know. LOL!

JINGO Yes, and they have much more planned for '06 and '08. They have vowed on DU, obliquely, to lie, cheat, and steal the elections, if they have to. (And they think they have to!) They justify it by saying WE'VE done it in the past so they're ENTITLED!
And they wanna preach about ethics!
I guess it all comes back to their basic dishonesty. To these people the ends justifies the means. They view us and our worldview as evil, therefore everything they do is justified.
