Now The D'Rats Complain They WEREN'T Tortured!

Photobucket

FROM DU: What Are the Odds That the Dead Soldiers Weren't Tortured?

Of course, if they were tortured it would be awful and my heart breaks for two kids who shouldn't have been there in the first place--and it breaks even more for their families.

What's the likelihood, though, that this is a U.S. psy-ops jedi mindfuck to create more hatred toward the insurgency? When they're just blowing up things, it's a little easier for us to say, "it's their country-let them have it".
But when we believe they're torturing our soldiers, it becomes easier for this administration to manipulate us. We want to hurt and hurt badly anyone who does that to our guys--and the Bushies know how they desperately need public opinion on their side.

The really sick thing is, I believe that if those boys weren't tortured (and I so hope they weren't) in their last hours, the Bush bunch would have no compunction about telling the world that they were just to swing opinion their way a little.

Just thinking out loud... (colonel odis)

When the d'Rats are in a bad mood, everybody pays. As if what they've done and said to date isn't bad enough! I've never seen an uglier portrait painted, nor fraud inferred.

GHET Thinking Americans see how awful Saddam was--and they support the freedom and democracy for ALL people--not just ourselves. We want all people to be as fortunate as we are in their life choices.

If you wish to back up your claims of 'imperialism', please tell me what territories we've added to America?

(And I am not a 'pal'--I am female, the OP (original poster) or VerityINK.)

LOL! So now we're imperialists eh?
Oh the humanity! Where are our colonies? Who are we enslaving? Get real. Obviously most Americans who are spoon-fed bias information from the mainstream media are anti-war. The rest of the bunch actually dig a wee bit deeper to get the facts---(IE: like the Weapons of Mass Destruction found yesterday that the NY Times and every other media outlet conveniently left out of their pages). You weenies love to scream "Bush lied, People died"--guess what? He didn't!
If you find yourself upset about what the Americans and British are doing now--just wait a couple more months. I'm sure we have a nice surprise for Iran and N Korea on the way too! ;)

FLO Also, they ignore the billions we pour into Japan, Germany--and the rest of the world--without taking a scrap of land. Imperialism? They don't know the definition!

i was wrong in my word selection. 'big brotherism' should have been ideal.

can you disagree the very soil you are living now was of somebody else? of course you might blame spaniards and later, britishes for that..., but i guess, the argument here is futile.

"We want all people to be as fortunate as we are in their life choices."...Amen, is the word.

"Thinking Americans see how awful Saddam was...". i think i am not qualified enough to comment on saddam, i live thousands of kilometers away in india. but, can you explain, which one was better for Iraq? saddam's rule or the present state that iraq is going through?

anyway, just wanted to know what was the opinion of americans regarding the war, i got it.

VerityINK,
i apologise for that 'pal' goof-up. i didn't see your profile, just stumbled upon you blog by hitting the 'next blog' button. i immediately liked it.

and i see, that my loose comment has quite stirred you all up. just to clarify, i am not an anti-american or anti-western guy. i know america and the western world gave us some brillinat minds who revolutionised the world. i have a great respect for the nation and its people. but, being a journalist myself, sometimes i guess, the western media is not as it pretends. it's a little biased.

no hard feelings...
